Outside of that, the sole tech and cushion tech used in basketball shoes can also be found in running shoes. Ok so this is a general review of the Harden vol 6 after three months of heavy use in both indoors and outdoor dusty courts. I’m a 5’7 147 lb (67 kg) PG/SG. I shoot a ton of midranges, so a lot of hard stops and pull ups. I also drive to the rim occasionally.V3 cushion is not more plush than the All Pros. The Pebax of the All Pros, especially in the heel, offers a noticeable amount of impact protection over the V3s. Traction on the All Pros are similar but stickier than the V3s, especially on dusty courts. My personal opinion is that they're slightly overrated and not worth ~$150. Unless you're really fed up with Nike/Adidas and want to try something new and are planning to spend $150+ anyway, they don't make much sense. Yeap got it thanks. Lebrons are a bit pricey and slightly higher off the ground. I own both the Lukas and the Lebron 20s. The Lukas have amazing court feel and the traction is top tier, however they have absolutely no cushion or impact protection. At least that how it was for me.. I’m a bigger guy myself at 6”1 and 255 pounds.Ankle strengthening exercises plus light brace (used preventatively) is the key to eliminating ankle injuries. Within 2 months of ankle strengthening exercises mine are gone completely. Every time you roll your ankle, the ligaments get slightly weaker so any measure other than strengthening them is a band-aid approach :/ I rotate between KD 14s ...I agree that they are very unique and seem to be more focused on the forefoot than the heel, I'm assuming it's due to Tatum's playing style. I'll definitely check on the fitment before purchasing them. I rolled my ankle on the 36s twice in 1 training session - which could have been much worse than it was. The 36s also ripped up my pinkys due to them being so narrow in the forefoot (this was after upsizing half a size and then a whole size with the same issue). The KD14s for me personally are way better.

But they seem to stick to offsets of 10~12mm; so you're going to get a noticeably higher heel height (23 ~ 26mm). Good performance, really ugly look... Luka deserves more.
